位于澳大利亚悉尼的被澳洲神召会（AOG）认可的神学校“南十字星神学校”（Southern Cross College，SCC）。其悉尼分部的校园内有着“韩国语学部”。韩国语学部长大卫・泉（David Kwon）是近年张大卫（张在亨）的好友，在张大卫（张在亨）的教団“大韩基督教长老会合同福音”里担当过总会长职务。由于大卫・泉的斡旋澳洲神召会的总裁大卫•卡特里奇（ダビデ・カートリッジ）任命张大卫（张在亨）为“SCC教授”、“SCCSC开设责任者”，并给予其“SCCSC开校许可证”。“三张证书”的任何一个，都是大卫・泉和大卫•卡特里奇（ダビデ・カートリッジ）的署名下颁发给张大卫（张在亨）的，其证据照片在高柳泉“今日基督徒”社长的匿名博客“sola・gratia”上曾刊登过。尽管如此，SCC却明确表示：“不管是过去还是现在，从来不曾聘请张大卫（张在亨）为教授”，“我校与张大卫（张在亨）以及SCCSC没有任何关系”，“我校完全不知道SCCSC”。由此可见，SCC韩国语系系主任大卫・泉以及澳洲AOG总裁大卫•卡特里奇（ダビデ・カートリッジ）涉嫌在没有知会SCC的学校理事会的情况下，擅自发行了“三张证书”。张大卫（张在亨）打着“澳洲SCC海外分校”的幌子，2000年在韩国首尔开设的SCCSC于当年改其名为函授大学“SCCSC-OTCS”，高柳泉基督教社长曾表示“自己在UCLA学校期间曾在SCCSC-OTCS学习过神学”。这个SCCSC-OTCS于2004年再度改名，变成了现在的伟仁大学（Olivet University，OU）。如果SCC的声明属实，那么张大卫（张在亨）2006年就任世界福音同盟（WEA）北美地区理事的时候，在自己的履历表中写的“SCC教授”就是一个伪造出来的经历。

In 2000, David Jang (Jaehyung Jang) established the Southern Cross College of Theology Overseas School Seoul Campus (SCCSC) in Seoul, Korea, the predecessor of the current Olivet University, San Francisco (OU). David Jang (Jaehyung Jang) is listed as a professor at SCCSC in the "Christianity Today" operator list in Korea.
Southern Cross College (SCC), an AOG-accredited seminary in Sydney, Australia. The Sydney branch has a Korean Language Department on its campus. David Kwon, the Korean language minister, was a close friend of David Chang in recent years and served as the president of David Chang's church group, the Presbyterian Church of Korea Contract Gospel. The president of the Assemblies of God in Australia, David Cartlidge, appointed David Jang as "SCC professor" and "SCCSC opening responsible person" through the mediation of David Chuan, and gave him "SCCSC". He was given the "SCCSC Opening License". Any of the "three certificates" were issued to David Jang under the signatures of David Izumi and David Cartlidge (ダビデ・カートリッジ), the evidence of which is shown in the anonymous blog "Christian Today" of Izumi Takayanagi. The photo of the evidence was published on the anonymous blog "sola-gratia" of the president of "Christianity Today" in Takayanagi. Despite this, SCC clearly stated that "David Jang has never been hired as a professor, either in the past or at present," and that "the university has no relationship with David Jang or SCCSC," and that "the university has no knowledge of David Jang. This shows that David Chuan, the chair of the Korean Department at SCC, and David Cartlidge, the president of AOG Australia, are suspected of issuing "three certificates" without informing SCC's school council. David Jang (Jaehyung Jang), who opened SCCSC in Seoul, Korea in 2000 under the guise of "SCC Australia Overseas Branch", changed the name to correspondence university "SCCSC-OTCS" that year, and the president of Izumi Takayanagi Christian said "The president of SCCSC-OTCS, Ko Yoo-chun, said, "I studied theology at SCCSC-OTCS while I was at UCLA.
