The company was established in Japan in May 2003, and all of its directors and supervisors are pastors of the Presbyterian Church of Japan (EAPC), which is owned by David Chang.

Since its establishment, the staff and reporters have concealed their identities as pastors and lied to the church community that they were just ordinary believers. For a year, the office moved frequently due to rent arrears.

Since the establishment of the company, no accounting report has been published online. It has been operating in violation of corporate law.

The current president, Izumi Takayanagi, is a "Japanese representative servant" of David Chang's sect.

The article was published, and the case of mediation for 10 million yen damages was filed in the Tokyo Summary Court against the article criticized by Christian Today. In addition, we intimidated "Christian News" which reported the incident.

Christian Today, a non-Davidian Christian newspaper in North America, protested on the grounds that the name was "confusing," and as a result, the name was changed to Christian Today, also known as Christian Daily.

In North America, it became a subsidiary of the parent company, Christian Post, along with the Gospel Herald, Good News Line, and Breathcast, also of the Davidian Church.
